HOW TO ORDER IN THE MARINE STORE ONLINESHOP

Monday - Thursday: 9 am to 5 pm 

Fridays: 9 am to 3 pm

When you enter our shop, you will be assigned your own shopping cart. In this way, our database remembers which items you have reserved for purchase during your purchase. This makes it possible for you to look around several times and to change your decision. Only when you have finally sent your order away or left the shop will your personal shopping cart be closed.

In the table of contents on the home page and our menu bar on the left you will find the categories of the products that we currently offer here. We will constantly revise our offer and will often be able to offer you something new.

You can put an article of your choice directly from the list of the respective product category into the shopping cart by clicking on "Buy".

There is a detailed description page for each article. You can get there by clicking on the thumbnail, the article number or the note "Please click for detailed view". There is also a "Buy" button here that puts the item in your shopping cart.

When you add an item to your shopping cart, a confirmation page is displayed. From there you can continue your purchase, view the shopping cart, or go directly to the checkout.

You can view all pages of the shop without losing the contents of your shopping cart. While shopping, a click on the bag at the bottom left will take you to your shopping cart.

In the shopping cart, you can change the number of selected items or delete an item from the selection.

Only when you go to the checkout via the shopping cart, your address data will be recorded and you can finally send your order.

As soon as we have received and processed your order, we will send you a confirmation by email. Please fill in all fields concerning your address correctly, so that we can reach you.

We deliver our products within 2 to 5 working days.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs for Germany and abroad can be found on the information page Shipping. Of course you have a 14-day return and exchange right with us. The information provided on the Internet is given to the best of our knowledge. Right on error reserved.

Prices, taxes

The articles of our shop are marked in EURO. The prices contain the VAT rate of 19% valid in Germany from 1.1.2007.

For cash on delivery plus  EUR 3,50.

Soon you will also have other payment options at your disposal, such as credit card.

When did I actually order?

By collecting articles in the shopping cart no order has come about yet. You have only placed an order when you have clicked on "Send order" after entering your address data.

You will then also receive a confirmation page that your order has been sent to us and you will receive a confirmation of your order by e-mail. If an article is sold out at short notice, you will receive a message from us immediately.

How and when do you deliver?

We deliver through a parcel service of our choice such as DHL, DPD or UPS.

The delivery time is normally two to ten working days. If an article should not be available on the part of the manufacturer against expectation, we will inform you this, in this case you and we have a right of withdrawal from the purchase. The delivery takes place only while stocks last.

If an ordered item is not immediately available, we will inform you about the expected delivery date. The redirection will of course be free of postage and packaging.

How can I complain about a product/delivery?

Marinestore 2000 GmbH grants you a 2 weeks no questions asked right to return products. In order to exercise this right, please send the product in original condition (new, unworn, original packaging and all labels on) to
