Midlayers are a key part of the layering system in sailing clothing. Worn between the base layer and outer shell, they help maintain a stable body temperature. At the same time, they support moisture transfer to the outside, contributing to a comfortable body climate during activity.

Midlayer jackets are characterized by low weight and effective insulation. They retain body heat without adding bulk, making them suitable for extended use. Their compact pack size also allows easy transport and flexible use.

Different insulation materials are used depending on the model, including synthetic options such as PrimaLoft®. These materials retain warmth even in damp conditions while remaining breathable, ensuring consistent performance in varying environments.
